• Maintains a professional appearance and ensures all clients have a positive customer experience
• Act as a primary contact for clients and proactively identifies the customer needs and recommends appropriate products or services
• Be highly responsive to customer inquiries
• Communicate courteously with customers though email over the phone and in person
• Assist customers with the resolution of any problems that may arise
• Have a full understanding of pricing and be able to create and follow up on printing signage and marketing materials estimates
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate print and marketing project fulfillment on a regular basis
• Review customer files to ensure production quality and accuracy
• Track and manage customer orders timelines and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Identify new sales opportunities build relationships and develop repeat customers
• Handle customer concerns complaints and escalations with professionalism and urgency

• 1 years of experience in customer service account management or a client-facing role
• Experience in print marketing or graphic design industries is a major plus.
• Have strong verbal and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Positive team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Knowledge of Printsmith estimating software a big PLUS
