Job Description
The Customer Solutions Representative 1 will support customer service operations by handling customer inquiries processing incoming orders and providing information regarding company programs procedures and services. This role works under direct supervision and follows established guidelines to ensure timely and accurate customer support.
Role Responsibilities
Receive evaluate and respond to customer inquiries via phone or correspondence in a timely manner
Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide information regarding company programs policies procedures rates rules and tariffs
Resolve customer issues and answer questions related to services and programs
Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams
Work within established customer service procedures and operational guidelines
Support customer satisfaction and ensure positive customer interactions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Typically 0 3 years of customer service or related experience
General knowledge of company and department policies procedures and customer programs preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under direct supervision and follow established processes
Strong problem-solving and customer support skills
Ability to manage customer interactions in a professional manner
