Job Summary
We have a need for dedicated front desk coverage during the week at Cromwell Pool. This role is the first point of contact for patrons working Monday to Friday 9:00am-2:45pm and plays a key part in delivering a warm professional customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Services Aquatics Job Description
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all customers
- Assist patrons with enquiries about aquatic programmes memberships and facility services
- Answer phone calls emails and in-person queries in a timely and professional manner
- Handle cash EFTPOS and other transactions in line with financial procedures
- Maintain accurate records of sales bookings and customer interactions
- Support retail stock control including stocktakes and ordering
- Work closely with Pool Crew swim teachers and management to ensure seamless service delivery
- Reports to the Aquatics Operations Manager
Skills And Experiences
About you:
- A high level of customer engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one within four weeks of employment
- Friendly professional and well-presented with a positive attitude and sense of initiative
