Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers handling inquiries via phone email and other communication channels with professionalism and efficiency.
* Provide accurate information regarding our extensive range of pharmaceuticals medical products and healthcare solutions.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
* Process customer orders returns and requests with a high degree of accuracy.
* Maintain detailed and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions in our internal systems.
* Collaborate with internal teams including sales logistics and clinical support to ensure customer needs are met.
* Uphold the companys reputation by demonstrating a commitment to our core values and customer-centric focus in every interaction.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is essential.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear professional and courteous manner.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find effective solutions for customers.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and a demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly.
* A genuine passion for helping others and a patient empathetic approach to customer relations.
* Experience within the healthcare pharmaceutical or medical device industry is highly desirable but not essential.
