Job Summary

We provide customers with products and value-added solutions within Fluid Power Fluid Process Fluid Conveyance Automation General Industrial Components and Industrial Repair.

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries and processing customer requests accurately and professionally. This role serves as a key liaison between customers account managers and internal departments to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Support customers and outside sales representatives with product and service inquiries.
Process requests related to:
Pricing and quotations
Product availability and delivery schedules
Order status updates
Returns and credits
Order expedites
Product literature and documentation
Provide technical product assistance and support when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
Work collaboratively with sales operations and vendor partners to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting departmental performance expectations.
Qualifications

Skills

Required:

Experience in customer service sales purchasing or a related role within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience in industrial distribution or related industries including:
Hydraulics
Pneumatics
Fluid Power
Electrical Products
Power Transmission
Motors and Motion Control
Proficiency with:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Email applications
Vendor pricing and business software programs
