SUMMARY:
In this role as a Customer Service Specialist you will support government and municipal clients by ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments. You will manage a high volume of transactions resolve customer inquiries and maintain detailed records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This opportunity offers a chance to demonstrate your attention to detail and communication skills in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. Working onsite in Fort Worth TX you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high-quality service.

SCHEDULE: 3 agents: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 3 agents: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound customer calls from start to resolution including payment processing inquiries complaints and information requests.
• Provide courteous and professional service to internal and external customers aiming for high satisfaction.
• Follow security protocols and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive financial data.
• Accurately document all transactions in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type and speak simultaneously while navigating systems during live calls.
• Comfortable using computers including email and web browsers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or data entry.
• Dependable punctual and committed to maintaining high integrity and confidentiality.
