CANDIDATES ONLY Must live within 2030 minutes of Painesville OH

Compensation: $40000 $45000 per year

Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire Permanent

About the Client:

Our Client is seeking a professional customer-focused Customer Service Sales Support Representative to support customers and the sales team by delivering exceptional service coordinating communications maintaining accurate records and ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to client phone calls and emails professionally and promptly

- Assist customers with service requests and documentation

- Support sales communications and account updates

- Recommend products and services based on customer needs

- Maintain accurate client records and reports

- Coordinate communication across departments

- Escalate complex issues appropriately

- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment

Required Qualifications:

- Customer service or sales support experience required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel required

- Excellent organization and attention to detail

- Professional and dependable work ethic

- Insurance or financial services experience is an asset

- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred

- LOCAL candidates only must live within 2030 minutes of Painesville Ohio
