Community First Bank is looking for a part-time (30 hours/wk) Customer Service Representative to join our Prairie du Chien team. Banking experience is welcome but it isnt required. Were looking for someone who is friendly dependable detail-oriented and comfortable working with customers. Well provide the training you need to learn the banking side of the job.

As a Teller youll be one of the first people our customers see when they visit the bank. Youll help customers with their everyday banking needs while creating the friendly personal experience they expect from CFB.

Youll:

• Assist customers with deposits withdrawals and other transactions

• Answer questions and help customers find solutions

• Build relationships with customers and get to know their banking needs

• Maintain accuracy while handling cash and transactions

• Identify opportunities to connect customers with other products and services

• Work with your teammates to provide an exceptional customer experience

• Enjoy working with and helping people

• Have experience in retail hospitality customer service or another people-focused position

• Are dependable and take pride in doing things accurately

• Are comfortable learning new technology and processes

• Enjoy being part of a team

• Want an opportunity to learn new skills and grow professionally

Never worked at a bank Thats okay.

Great customer service reliability and a willingness to learn are harder to teach than banking. If you bring those qualities well help you learn the rest.
