About the Role

NMP is looking for a dependable personable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people staying organized solving problems and being part of a fast-moving team. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work communicates well and is excited to learn grow and build a meaningful career within the company.

Experience is helpful but we place a strong emphasis on personality attitude work ethic and trainability.

This role is designed for someone who wants to do more than simply answer phones and complete daily tasks. As you build confidence and demonstrate strong performance youll have the opportunity to expand your skills contribute to process improvements support team development and grow into greater responsibility and leadership within the customer service team.

What Youll Do

  • Answer incoming customer calls texts emails and online inquiries
  • Schedule service installation and consultation appointments
  • Help customers understand their service needs and determine the appropriate next step
  • Review customer history and equipment information
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM
  • Follow up with customers and leads to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Assist with customer concerns and help provide thoughtful solutions
  • Coordinate with technicians sales consultants and the operations team
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient daily schedule
  • Identify opportunities to turn customer inquiries into booked appointments
  • Support team goals and contribute ideas for improving the customer experience
  • Learn and develop expertise in our systems processes and customer communication standards
  • Look for ways to improve efficiency customer satisfaction and team performance
  • Grow into expanded responsibilities based on your strengths initiative and performance
