Customer Service Representative

Our CSR team is often the first and last impression our clients have of Fox & Friends. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people loves animals thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring a positive attitude and a little laughter to the workday.

The Veterinary CSR is responsible for providing exceptional client service while supporting the daily operations of the hospital. This position requires excellent communication skills attention to detail the ability to multitask and a genuine desire to help both our clients and their pets.

• Welcome clients and their pets with a warm friendly and professional attitude
• Answer phones respond to client questions and schedule appointments
• Check clients in and out efficiently and accurately
• Process payments prepare invoices and collect balances
• Communicate appointment information estimates and hospital policies to clients
• Assist with prescription and food requests
• Communicate with clients regarding appointment reminders follow-ups and other hospital needs
• Maintain accurate client and patient information in the practice management system
• Coordinate communication between clients veterinarians technicians and other team members
• Assist with medical records and other administrative tasks as needed
• Help maintain a clean organized welcoming reception area
• Handle challenging client situations with patience professionalism and empathy
• Protect client confidentiality and follow hospital policies and procedures
• Support the entire hospital team and jump in where needed
• Provide a positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors

• Previous veterinary medical customer service or reception experience preferred
• Veterinary hospital experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable answering multiple phone lines and managing a busy front desk
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable discussing estimates payments and financial responsibilities with clients
• Professional dependable and reliable
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Compassionate and understanding when working with clients experiencing stressful or emotional situations
• Comfortable working around dogs cats and the occasional bit of controlled veterinary chaos!

Part-Time
Schedule will include weekday and/or Saturday shifts based on hospital needs. Flexibility is a plus.
