• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Research hotels cruises resorts vacation packages tours and other travel options
• Assist clients with travel-related questions and reservation details
• Provide professional and timely customer service
• Communicate with travel suppliers when assistance is needed
• Maintain organized client and reservation information
• Follow up with clients regarding upcoming travel and important updates
• Stay informed about destinations supplier promotions and travel policies
• Provide support throughout the travel planning process
