More than anything were looking for a highly collaborative and dependable Retail Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. - Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization.
- Answer inbound calls assist walk-in clients and respond to emails.
- Convey our expertise in products services and capabilities to clients.
- Communicate client requirements to the support team.
- Convey to clients by telephone in-person or through email information about products or services; take or enter orders; and maintain communication regarding the status of their products.
- Complete estimates for requested services collect deposits or payments or arrange billing.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Experience conducting customer needs assessments meeting quality standards for service and evaluating customer satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to continuously look for ways to help people.
- Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.
