Position Overview
Our customer is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team in Huntersville NC. This position will serve as a key point of contact for customers ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive timely updates throughout the order process.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide customers with information regarding products orders production timelines and delivery schedules.
- Accurately enter and process customer orders.
- Monitor orders and communicate order status and updates to customers.
- Coordinate with production shipping sales and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and help resolve customer issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Assist with other customer service and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service order entry inside sales or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with computers and learning company-specific software and systems.
