Customer Service Representative

Pay Range: $17/hour. Employee benefits include but are not limited to health insurance (medical dental vision) 401(k) plan and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outreach to members via phone to support care plan next steps community or health plan resources and address questions or concerns related to scheduling.
• Serve as the front-line support for various member and provider inquiries explaining care plan procedures and protocols.
• Support member onboarding and day-to-day administrative duties including sending welcome letters and educational materials.
• Document and maintain non-clinical member records to ensure compliance with state and regulatory requirements.
• Connect members to health plan and community resources to ensure high-quality customer care.
• Comply with all policies and standards while performing other duties as assigned

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 12 years of related experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on critical thinking communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Medicaid experience is highly desirable.
