Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers handling inbound enquiries via phone email and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Effectively investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
  • Guide policyholders through the claims process ensuring they have a clear understanding of the steps involved.
  • Process policy amendments payments and other customer requests with precision and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage complex customer cases and ensure seamless resolution.
  • Adhere to all company policies procedures and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications


Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing service role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong active listening problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • A high level of empathy patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using computers and standard office software.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-orientated environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.




Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • A degree from an accredited university or college is considered an asset.
