Customer Service Representative

Amend Treatment is a residential mental health treatment organization based in Malibu California. We provide personalized evidence-based care for adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring challenges with a focus on individualized treatment therapy and long-term recovery in a supportive residential environment.

• Interact with clients and their families in a professional and empathetic manner
• Address client inquiries concerns and requests promptly and effectively
• Schedule appointments and maintain client records accurately
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Assist in billing and insurance-related tasks
• Follow company policies and procedures to provide excellent customer service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in basic computer skills

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles

• Salary Range: $25-$30 per hour
