Job Summary
Contract Client Relations & Communications Specialist
Were a growing company looking for an enthusiastic people-first communicator to join our team on a contract basis with real potential to grow into a full-time Office Manager role for the right person!
Calling existing clients to update them on our new website and email systems
Checking in to see how things are going and if we can help with anything
Listening for issues or new requests and passing them along to the right team member
Answering incoming calls gathering client information and routing calls to the appropriate person
Being the welcoming reliable first point of contact our clients love to hear from
A natural conversationalist who genuinely enjoys talking to people
Confident warm and professional on the phone with both familiar clients and new callers
Strong organizational skills you capture details accurately and follow through
Comfortable striking up a conversation and putting people at ease right away
Self-motivated dependable and positive
Prior experience in customer service reception or client relations is a plus
Position Type: Contract with potential to grow into a permanent Office Manager role

Schedule: Flexible to be discussed
Compensation: $20$25 per hour (based on experience)
Hours per Week: Part-Time 20 to 30 hours per week
