Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative at 111 Sign is a vital role responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers throughout their journey with us. From initial inquiry to final delivery you will be the main point of contact ensuring a seamless experience for all.

• Answer customer inquiries via phone email and in-person promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on products pricing and services guiding customers through the ordering process.
• Prepare quotes and estimates for signage and print jobs following up accordingly.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately into the system.
• Keep customers informed on order status proofs and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet customer specifications.
• Resolve any customer complaints issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and inquiries.
• Stay updated on products materials and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
• Assist with processing payments invoices and billing inquiries.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of customer service experience (print sign or retail industry experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with order management or CRM software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
