Job Summary
The CSR is responsible in providing exceptional customer service to assigned clients handling policyholder inquiries and supporting the insurance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat and provide information about policies coverage claims and billing..
- Maintain effective communication with a broad range of insurance carriers.
