Job Description
Customer Service Representative - Mission Support & Service Operations
What youll do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email
- Prepare spare parts quotations and process customer requests efficiently
- Process purchase orders contracts and payments while ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Generate shipping documentation and support order fulfilment activities
- Coordinate closely with technicians peers and internal departments
- Manage customer data and documentation for international return requests
- Screen customers systems and transactions in accordance with trade regulations
- Help reduce spare parts backlog and maintain service workflow efficiency
- Process government receipts and shipments through PIEE
- Maintain reports and support additional service-related activities as needed
What you need
- Required: Strong communication organization and time management skills
- Required: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Required: Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Required: Comfortable lifting 20-30 lbs
- Advantage: Experience in customer service or service operations
- Advantage: Experience with Oracle SAP or other ERP systems
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Salary Range:
$44500.00-$59300.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including but not limited to location local regulations (such as minimum wage) education/training work experience key skills and type of position.
