Customer Service Representative (AML)

Americas Logistics an American Foods Group Company and a sister Company to Americas Service Line LLC has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in beautiful Green Bay Wisconsin. Customer Service Representatives are an integral part of our team and essential to our business. They allow us to provide superior transportation service and support to our customers as well as to over-the-road drivers.

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

• Work closely with drivers driver managers/load planners sales manufacturing distribution and external customers.
• Be responsible for building lasting relationships with your customers that allow you to better serve their needs.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for all shipments monitor driver progress along their route to their destination and adjust schedules to meet customers deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal communication including telephonic conversations.
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook).
• Ability to problem solve and resolve issues with autonomy.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to handle stress.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of McLeod Operating system.
• Prior dispatch or customer service skills in a transportation setting.
