This is a remote position.
Garrard Development Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Real Estate this role you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers providing friendly and professional assistance with service inquiries delivery updates scheduling and general account support.
Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and office software
