Job Overview

Identiv is seeking a diligent and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a contract basis in Philadelphia. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer enquiries resolving issues and maintaining high standards of professional communication. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers handling inbound enquiries via telephone email and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Effectively identify and resolve customer issues complaints and queries to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products services and processes.
  • Process orders returns and exchanges with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts and records in our database with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve more complex issues when necessary.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our services and products.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client support role is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of empathy and patience.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
