As aPatient Access Representativeyou willbe thefirst point of contact for patients ensuring they receivefast compassionate andaccurateaccess to care.

WhatYoullDo:

• Provideexceptional customer serviceand assist patients and families with the check-in process workingacrossmultiple computer systemsto register patients efficiently
• Answer phones and gatheraccuratepatient informationquicklyin afast-paced environment
• Supporttimelyaccess to careby minimizing delays in registrationand answeringquestions with confidence clarity and compassion
• Build trustwith patients during moments when they may be ill anxious confused or overwhelmed
• Navigate diverseinsurance plans and coverage details enter demographics and medical data collectco-pays and provide cost estimates when applicable
• Collaboratewith nurses physicians and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow

• Exceptionalcustomer serviceexperiencecommunication and interpersonal skills
• Strong composureand professionalisminafast-paced environment

• Comfortablewith shifting priorities based on patient needs
• Experience withpatient access medical registration insurance verification or front deskis a plus (but not required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check drug test and meet vaccination requirements
