A leading distributor of factory automation components is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Lexington KY.
Qualifications
Candidates with 35 years of relevant experience particularly in trading companies or similar business environments may be considered for a higher-level Inside Sales role with greater responsibility. The specific title and scope of responsibilities may vary depending on the candidates experience and background.
Candidates with significant relevant experience may be considered for a higher salary range.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service inside sales order processing or a similar office position preferred
- Experience working with an ERP system is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively with customers vendors logistics providers and internal departments
- Candidates with general office experience but limited direct industry experience are welcome to apply
