Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday through Friday. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in maintaining our companys reputation for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate information about our services pricing and availability

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with our team of contractors

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective customer service

- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service

- Knowledge of construction and renovation industry is a plus
