Weekend availability is required but well work with you to create a schedule that fits your life.
What Youll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction
- Help customers with packing shipping printing and mailbox services
- Operate store equipment such as copiers fax laminators and binding machines
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and handle basic administrative tasks
- Support day-to-day store operations and work closely with your team
- Learn new skills including how to become aNotary Public (well help you get certified!)
What Were Looking For
- Afriendly positive attitudeand willingness to learn
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using computers printers and internet tools
- Attention to detail and good basic math skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus butnot required well train you!
