Customer Service Assistant – Entry Level

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team and help support customer engagement and promotional marketing campaigns throughout the local area.

This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided. Youll learn how to represent brands communicate with customers explain products and services and support promotional campaigns in a professional and engaging environment.

• Learn and maintain knowledge of the products and services we represent
• Represent brands professionally during promotional events and campaigns
• Interact directly with customers and provide helpful product information
• Answer customer questions and help identify products or services that meet their needs
• Create positive and engaging customer experiences
• Assist with promotional campaign setup maintenance and breakdown
• Follow event retail and brand guidelines
• Communicate customer feedback and campaign results to team members
• Work with the team to meet customer service and campaign goals
• Participate in local marketing events and promotional activities

• No previous experience required full training is provided

• Customer service retail sales hospitality marketing or promotional experience is a plus but not required
