As a Customer Relations Associate youll be the heartbeat behind our seamless serviceanswering calls connecting clients and helping with financial and billing questions all while championing a positive supportive atmosphere in healthcare. About the Position

• Answer and direct incoming calls emails and messages with professionalism.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries payments and account questions.
• Process payments set up payment plans and review accounts for accuracy.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain up-to-date account records.
• Educate patients on equipment use and troubleshooting.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and share findings or trends with supervisors.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support our mission and values.

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in medical reimbursement or medical office customer service preferred.

• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to follow tasks through to completion.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Ability to build positive results-driven relationships.
• Professional friendly and customer-focused demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

• $19.00 - $21.00 per hour dependent on experience

• 8:30am 5:00pm Monday - Friday
