• Exposure to complex endtoend customer implementations with regional and global impact

• Lead customer implementations of medium to high complexity ensuring a smooth transition from commercial award to stable operations

• Own and drive the endtoend implementation project plan across functions and geographies including operations IT HR and finance

• Establish project milestones readiness criteria and go/nogo stage gates providing clear visibility to internal and external stakeholders

• Proactively manage risks dependencies and issues from award through hypercare escalating where required to protect delivery and profitability

• Act as the central point of coordination for customers during onboarding ensuring scope adherence and alignment with the solution sold

• Partner with operational teams to ensure readiness including SOPs/IOPs staffing training IT/EDI integration KPI reporting and service quality

• Contribute to commercial opportunities by supporting solution design and presenting the implementation approach during presale and sales engagements

• Capture lessons learned and share best practices to continuously improve implementation methodologies and execution standards

• Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement someone who is naturally curious committed to solving problems at the root and driven to make things better every day

• Proven experience leading logistics or supply chain implementations including project management in a multistakeholder environment

• Strong understanding of international supply chain operations including ocean air and origin services such as trucking customs and milestone visibility

• Demonstrated ability to engage professionally with customers and internal stakeholders at both operational and senior levels

• Solid project management capability supported by certification (PMP ACPPMI or equivalent) or equivalent education and experience

• High proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project Excel and PowerPoint with a structured and detailoriented working style

• Excellent communication problemsolving and prioritization skills with the ability to manage timelines and complexity under pressure

Starting Salary: $87100 - $110000 USD*
