• Location: Reno / Sparks NV
• Position Type: Full-Time (45 shifts per week)
• Pay Rate: $22.00 $24.00 / hour average all-in ($12.00/hr base pay uncapped profit share customer tips)

• Deliver WOW Service: Build rapport with customers explain our services and deliver outstanding customer experiences on every job.
• On-Site Sales & Estimating: Evaluate job scopes deliver clear on-site estimates overcome customer objections and close sales on the spot.
• Active Operations: Safely lift carry load and maneuver unwanted items from residential and commercial properties into our trucks.
• Truck Operation: Drive navigate and maintain clean professional company box trucks (standard drivers license required training provided).
• Responsible Disposal: Route sort and dispose of items responsibly through recycling donation and proper waste management.

• Age & License: Must be 21 years of age with a valid drivers license.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to repeatedly lift carry and maneuver 50 to 75 lbs throughout an active 810 hour shift.
• Schedule Availability: Full-time availability (45 shifts per week) including 1 mandatory weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday). Shifts typically begin at 7:00 AM or 12:00 PM.
• Sales & Service Mindset: Outgoing personality with strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Dependability: Reliable transportation punctual attendance and a team-first mindset.
• Medical Certification: Ability to pass and maintain a DOT Medical Card (company-funded).
