Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or related field required
• Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required
• Software Knowledge: Excel Microsoft Office SAP Salesforce preferred
• Customer facing experience preferred

products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to
factories airports to planned communities and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the full product order lifecycle including order placement production shipment delivery and cash collection of Golf and PTV products.
• Serve as the voice of the customer while making decisions related to prioritization and organization of the order-to-cash process.
• Act as single point of contact and direct support for assigned territory accounts.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions that impact customer demands and the order-to-cash process.
• Provide accurate and timely information to applicable parties regarding order status.
• Manage maintain and organize 100 orders per month in various stages of the order-to-cash process.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through routine communication and exceptional service.
