As the Customer Experience Installation Supervisor you are the owner of the jobsite. Your responsibility is not to install the most gutter but to lead the crew deliver an unforgettable customer experience identify opportunities to better protect the customers home coach your team and ensure every project reflects our commitment to craftsmanship integrity and service. Every homeowner should finish their project feeling so impressed that they enthusiastically leave a 5-star review and confidently refer us to friends and neighbors.

What Youll Do

Lead a crew of 23 installers.
Drive and maintain a company truck.
Manage daily jobsite operations.
Deliver exceptional customer service from arrival through final walkthrough.
Coach and develop crew members.
Ensure projects meet company quality standards.
Capture before-and-after photos and videos.
Ask for Google reviews and referrals.
Identify opportunities to improve the customers gutter system.
Educate homeowners on additional services that protect their home.
Generate additional revenue through ethical customer-focused recommendations.
Work closely with the Sales Team to maximize customer value.
Maintain accurate job documentation.

What Were Looking For:

2 years of exterior construction or gutter installation experience.
Leadership experience managing crews.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Sales mindset with the ability to educatenot pressurecustomers.
Clean drivers license.
Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps.
Ability to lift 75 pounds and work on ladders and roofs.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
