Customer Experience (CX) Project Manager

Seeking a dedicated Customer Experience (CX) Project Manager to lead the implementation of innovative customer-facing solutions and ensure project success from start to finish.

As a Customer Experience (CX) Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle of CX initiatives including CRM and Self-Service Portals. Your role involves planning risk management budget oversight and stakeholder communication to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues to minimize disruptions.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate project meetings including kick-off meetings status updates and steering committee reviews.
• Resolve conflicts and address challenges that arise during project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree.
• 5 years of Project Management experience leading the full lifecycle implementation of CX solutions such as CRM and Self-Service Portals.
• 5 years of Customer Experience CX solutions such as CRM and Self-Service Portals.
• Strong knowledge of project management and agile methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
• Proficient in project management software (e.g. Asana Trello or Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools.
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels from end users to senior management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience managing diverse teams consisting of internal and external resources both on- and off-shore.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
