Team Parsons is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Experience Associate to help create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer who visits our dealership. This front-line position supports both our customers and dealership team by assisting with daily operations customer communication and administrative support to ensure a smooth and professional experience throughout the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
Deliver a warm professional first impression by greeting all showroom and service customers with enthusiasm and hospitality
Guide customers to the appropriate team members and assist with general dealership inquiries
Support an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a clean comfortable and welcoming customer lounge and reception area
Administrative Support
Accurately maintain customer records process transactions and assist with administrative documentation and reporting
Handle customer concerns with professionalism empathy and urgency escalating issues when appropriate
Support daily dealership operations including phone coverage mail distribution office organization and supply management
Assist with cash handling receipts invoices and basic inventory or operational tracking as needed
Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth communication and a positive customer experience throughout the dealership
Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; customer service administrative or dealership experience strongly desired
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and warmly with customers and team members
Ability to stay organized manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
Comfortable handling basic math cash transactions and administrative processes with attention to detail
Demonstrates professionalism reliability and sound judgment when resolving customer concerns
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support coworkers and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Requirements
Valid drivers license
Saturday availability (8am-1pm)
Reliable self-motivated and detail-oriented
Team player with a positive attitude
