Job Summary
Hours: 8 to 15 hours a week
5:00pm start time: Tuesday Thursday and every other Friday
Job Summary:
The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of facility buildings and offices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out general cleaning maintenance and appearance assignments in a timely manner.
- Clean & maintain restrooms offices common areas and custodial storage to satisfactorystandards using established practices and procedures.
- Safely operate maintain and inspect custodial equipment. Request for replacements as needed.
- Conduct inventory and maintain an appropriate supply of cleaning products and tools.
- Assist departments with task responsibilities that may arise on an as-needed basis.
- Properly dispose of waste and recyclables.
- Provide a Customer Service attitude when interacting with internal and external customerswhile accomplishing work production and achieving quality standards.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations policies work procedures instruction and all safetyrequirements.
- Maintain a clean orderly and safe workstation/environment at all times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Education:High School or Equivalent
- Experience:No experience required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
- Familiar with operating storing and basic maintenance of custodial equipment supplies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description.
- Able to comply with the companys safety quality and environmental policies at all times.
- Must be 18 years of age.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to bend stand kneel to lift objects of 50 pounds or more.
- Ability to walk for long period of time around interior and exterior of facility.
- Ability to use stairs and ladders.
- Ability to work in areas subject to loud noise levels odor and airborne particles.
- Ability to be respirator fit tested.
