Custodian Part-Time Position Facilities Management & Planning

• Mops cleans and disinfects restroom facilities within county including walls floors doors and fixtures.
• Removes trash from waste containers and replaces liners in containers.
• Restocks supplies in restrooms.
• Cleans windows and glass surfaces.
• Sweeps strips and waxes floors.
• Dusts exposed areas on office furnishings and fixtures.
• Vacuums cleans and maintains floor coverings and upholstered furniture.
• Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Less than High School Diploma/GED.
• 6 months job related experience.
• Knowledgeable in cleaning process and ability to complete tasks in assigned time.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

STARTING SALARY: $16.00 per hour Up to 29 hours per week

DATE AVAILABLE: October 1 2026

CLOSING DATE: Upon filling position
