Schedule: Monday - Thursday 40 Hours per week

About the Role:
We are looking for a dependable Custodial Services Worker to support daily cleaning and basic facility upkeep in our factory and office this role you will complete assigned cleaning tasks follow established safety practices and help maintain a clean organized and safe work environment under the direction of the Custodial Services Lead.

What Youll Do:
Complete daily cleaning tasks as assigned by the Custodial Services Lead
Clean equipment walkways windows restrooms break areas and common spaces
Follow proper cleaning methods for various surfaces and materials
Assist with minor painting or routine maintenance tasks when instructed
Maintain and properly use custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers vacuums sump vacuums and pressure washers
Restock cleaning supplies and notify the Lead when inventory is low
Identify and report facility issues or needed repairs to the Custodial Services Lead
Support 5S and continuous improvement standards by keeping areas organized and orderly

What You Need:
High school diploma or GED
Experience in industrial or facility cleaning preferred
Ability to stand walk bend and lift up to 49 lbs
Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and safe handling of equipment
Ability to operate common custodial tools (vacuums scrubbers pressure washers ladders basic hand tools)
Comfortable working in industrial environments with noise moving equipment dust and fumes
