Custodian (Monday Friday 630am- 1100am)

SET PAY RATE: $18.24/ Hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am-11:00am

Under the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor the Custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that assigned facilities remain clean safe and well-maintained. Secondary supervision is provided by the Contracts Administrator.

What you will do

• Clean offices common areas restrooms and public spaces
• Sweep mop vacuum dust and polish surfaces
• Empty trash and replenish restroom supplies
• Clean windows glass mirrors walls elevators and other building surfaces
• Spot clean carpets and perform floor care as needed
• Assist with furniture setup and breakdown for special events
• Remove snow and ice from walkways (when required)
• Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Follow all safety policies and contract requirements
