We Are Hiring Custodial Services Workers in Essex VT!

We are currently seeking reliable hardworking and detail-oriented Custodial Services Workers to join our overnight cleaning team at a facility in Essex Vermont.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking for consistent work and the potential for long-term employment.

The ideal candidate will be dependable physically capable of performing custodial duties and committed to maintaining a clean safe and organized work environment.

• Perform general cleaning and custodial duties throughout the facility.
• Sweep mop vacuum and maintain floors and assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize workspaces common areas and other designated locations.
• Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals equipment and supplies.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned cleaning tasks.

• Previous custodial janitorial housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift carry push or pull more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable working overnight hours.
• Ability to understand and follow basic safety instructions.
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and chemical handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work attitude.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work well with others.
• Must successfully complete a 7-year background check.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Overnight / 3rd Shift

Workdays: Monday through Friday

Hours: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
