Job Summary
- Collaborate with the Chef on the development and presentation of special dishes pastries desserts and seasonal offerings.
- Assist with the preparation plating and presentation of curated culinary items.
- Deliver elevated restaurant service including tableside preparation presentation and explanation of dishes.
- Create and execute curated food-and-beverage pairings for VIP guests and special occasions.
- Support exclusive guest experiences including VIP menus chefs selections omakase-style tasting experiences and bespoke culinary requests.
- Help establish service standards for premium dining table presentation and guest interaction.
- Train front-of-house staff on menu knowledge presentation standards food-and-beverage storytelling and luxury service etiquette.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure that special dishes and VIP experiences are executed consistently.
