• Prepare food according to approved menus recipes and portion standards
• Support timely productions and service of all scheduled meals
• Maintain food quality temperature and presentation
• Perform dishwashing and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Food safety and compliance:
  • Follow all food safety sanitation and hygiene standards
  • Complete required temperature logs and cleaning checklists
  • Maintain clean/organized workstations
  • Comply with inspection and regulatory requirements
• Kitchen operations support:
  • Assist with prep cooking and service
  • Support proper storage labeling and inventory rotations
  • Receive and put away deliveries
  • Participate in daily cleaning and closing procedures

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working in a high-volume culinary setting (SUD long-term care or health care preferred but not required)
