Crusher Operator

Including but not limited to the following:

• Comply with all Imerys MSHA and Equipment Mfg Safety Policies and Procedures.

• Receives oral or written instructions from Supervisor and selects required materials and equipment to perform the job.

• Observes operation of equipment to ensure continuity of flow safety and efficient operation and to detect malfunctions.

• Move controls to start stop or adjust machinery and equipment that crushes grinds polishes or blends materials from Crusher Operator Control room.

• Record data from operations and production on specified forms.

• Tracks grade of stone being processed and records on Crusher Report Data sheet.

• Examine materials or products visually or with hands in order to ensure conformance to established standards.

• Clean adjust and maintain equipment as necessary using hand tools if/as needed.

• Notify supervisors of needed repairs.

• Any other job duties assigned by management.
