This position reports tothe Manager -Walmart CPFR Replenishment & Analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position requires the willingness to work a schedule that meets customer and department business needs. This may include coming in early or staying late as well as holidays such as the day after Thanksgiving.

• Coordinating the process of replenishment forecasting inventory management purchase order preparation distribution planning and customer services for continuous replenishment customers within particular position is primarily responsible for Amazon replenishment as well as Walmart and Sams Club customer service.
• Ability to on a rare occasion travel to customer locations for training purposes.
• Must take part in an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience navigating through and creating large in depth spreadsheets with complex formulas.
• Demonstrated dependability due to transactional customer service requirements for this position.
• Ability to initiate appropriate action independently and efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a significant amount of detail work accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
• Detail focused highly developed and demonstrated organizational ability.
• Proven ability to learn and use custom software applications.
• Demonstrated ability to work and succeed in a team environment.

Preferred

• Proficiency in order processing and Oracle systems.
• Demonstrated advanced Excel skills.
• Candidate to be located in Austin at COS.

At Hormel Foods base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is $22.00- $30.75 and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge skill set level of experience and geographic market location.
