The Opportunity

A physician-led private practice in the Minneapolis area is looking for a CRNA to join a medically directed care team at outpatient surgery centers. If you want ASC-only work no hospital and a schedule with no call no nights no weekends and no holidays this is that job. Compensation is $270000 to $300000 W-2 with a starting bonus.

This is adult outpatient surgery with a strong orthopedic case mix. No hearts. No nights. You work with anesthesiologists in a care-team model at two ASC sites in the Minneapolis area. The group has been in the Twin Cities since 2001 and is adding CRNAs because volume is up.

What You Will Do

You will provide anesthesia for outpatient surgical patients in a medically directed care-team model. Pre-op assessment the plan the airway and recovery. Orthopedic cases are a regular part of the day. Induction is shared with the anesthesiologist depending on the room. No hospital. No inpatient rounding. No first call. Two ASC locations in the Minneapolis area.

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification required
• Active Minnesota CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start required
• Current ACLS and PALS required
• One or more years of CRNA experience preferred
• Orthopedic or outpatient ASC experience preferred
• A team player who is comfortable in a physician-led medically directed model
