- Participate in the analysis design selection and implementation of CRM software systems
- Collaborate with consultants to develop CRM strategy roadmaps for clients
- Assist in business analysis and project management across a variety of industries
- Support configuration testing and deployment of CRM solutions
- Shadow and contribute to client meetings demos and feedback sessions
- Engage in collaborative projects including sandbox environments and demo builds
- Learn and apply Lean principles and structured problem-solving techniques
- Participate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops to enhance program impact
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems Engineering Business or other related field of study
- Above average class performance as demonstrated by college GPA; Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with the disciplined rigor for following proven methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
- Ability to build and foster professional business relationships
- Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Wipfli will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H-1B status)

This role requires a hybrid work arrangement. At Wipfli hyrbid work is defined as associates regularly working 2-3 days a week in a Wipfli office or at client sites. The client sites can vary locally regionally or nationally depending on the industry alignment. Scheduled meetings at the client and in the office require in-person attendance.

The actual hourly rate at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location skills experience training/education licensure certifications business needs current associate pay and relevant employment laws.
