CRM Program Marketing Manager (Remote)

The CRM Program Manager will lead strategy and execution for email push and SMS communications that increase customer engagement in the home and mortgage space. This role will manage lifecycle campaigns from planning through measurement using performance data to improve customer communications. You will partner with product marketing analytics and other stakeholders to deliver coordinated personalized experiences.

This is a remote position. You will report to the Manager Lifecycle Engagement & Loyalty.

You will have opportunity to:

• Lead lifecycle strategy and execution for email push and SMS campaigns across the Home vertical.
• Launch new CRM campaigns improve existing programs and identify opportunities to scale successful approaches.
• Own campaign performance measurement including open rates click-through rates product engagement and related metrics.
• Partner with analytics teams to evaluate results test hypotheses and share actionable findings.
• Coordinate CRM plans with product launches performance goals and broader business initiatives.
• Use audience segmentation A/B testing and campaign data to improve messaging and engagement.
• Support multi-channel communication programs that align business goals with customer needs.

Qualifications :

• 7 years of experience in email marketing CRM lifecycle marketing or a closely related area.
• Experience delivering communication programs at an enterprise scale.
• Experience measuring campaign performance and using results to guide campaign decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product marketing and analytics.
• Experience managing multiple CRM or digital communication initiatives with overlapping deadlines.
• Bachelors degree in marketing business communications or a related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills experience and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
