Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring providers remain fully credentialed compliant and prepared to deliver high-quality services across multiple networks and systems. • Manage provider credentialing recredentialing and enrollment processes
• Track renewals expirations and compliance documentation
• Maintain accurate provider records and credentialing databases
• Coordinate with clinical billing and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and network participation
• Communicate with insurance companies and provider portals regarding application status and updates
• Ensure all documentation meets organizational and payer requirements

• Experience in credentialing healthcare administration medical billing or related healthcare operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and documentation requirements efficiently
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency with administrative systems spreadsheets and provider portals is a plus
