Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative technologist to join our team as a full-time permanent employee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and a passion for innovation and problem-solving. As a creative technologist you will be responsible for developing and implementing new technologies to improve our construction processes and enhance our overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers architects and engineers to identify areas where technology can improve construction processes and increase efficiency

- Research and test new technologies to determine their potential impact on our business

- Develop and implement innovative solutions to streamline construction processes and improve project delivery

- Create and maintain a technology roadmap for the company identifying key areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve our goals

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology and make recommendations for their integration into our operations

- Train and support team members on new technologies and processes to ensure successful implementation and adoption

- Manage and maintain all technology systems and equipment including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise

- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources to enhance our technology capabilities

- Continuously evaluate and improve existing technology systems and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technology-focused role

- Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry-specific technology solutions

- Proficiency in programming languages and software development tools

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions in a business setting
