Location: Bolingbrook IL (Hybrid 3 to 6 days/month onsite)

A leading organization is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Creative Operation Project Coordinatorto support the execution of creative and marketing initiatives.

This role focuses on workflow coordination project tracking and cross-functional collaboration ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Coordinate project workflows including timelines approvals and deliverable tracking
• Manage intake requests scheduling and status reporting across projects
• Organize meetings stakeholder communications and project check-ins
• Maintain accurate project documentation workflows and reporting records
• Collaborate with creative marketing operations and cross-functional teams
• Identify risks bottlenecks and delays and proactively escalate issues
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Utilize project management tools for tracking and reporting progress

• 24 years of experience in creative operations project coordination marketing operations or similar roles
• Experience supporting creative marketing agency or cross-functional teams preferred
• Strong organizational multitasking and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
• Bachelors degree preferred but not required

• Experience with project management tools such as Workfront Jira Asana or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
• Familiarity with workflow coordination project tracking and documentation management
